We will be taking Advanced Seminar Studies forum offline later today. Since the private course forums, the traffic here has been minimal at best; and with the release of new content, there isn't anything that can't be discussed in the appropriate course forum or Facebook group.

Will the wod archives be left?

Coach Sommer

Not at this time.

The intent is that the WOD archive may be available once someone has certified thru F4.  Until then they should be focusing on their Foundation and Handstand work.

Hi Coach i've always had the curiosity to ask you something about the average of success of your students. working hard through F series, i noticed that from one side i move faster over the vertical pull/push movement while on the leverage/dependent skills i need to work more more and more. for example to reach 3x12'' of open tuck pl i've worked for 2 months instead of 3 week as the ideal-template, this is of course related to my personal physical weight distribution. i find more complicated move my legs out and far from tuck to open tuck compared to half straddle to straddle, simply because my lower body weight is concentrated more in the butt and upper legs.

For me is a personal goal and battle reach the manna, more then a cross or a reverse muscle up..but..

...I remember that ,talking about your students, you said that at least 75% of them reach the manna position. What about the other 25%? do you find common physical obstacles in those students? what are in your opinion limiting factors for the final manna position? is something that everyone could reach?

Coach Sommer

No, I never noted a common body type amongst that 25% who failed to achieve manna.

My suspicion is that their only commonality was insufficient attention to detail and not working as hard at mannas as their team mates.

Thank you coach for the invaluable nugget of Manna wisdom.
