Which direction shoulder my elbow pits be facing? Ive noticed one of my elbow pits faces forward and the other in and its affecting my shoulder stability.
Should both be facing inward (toward each other) or forward, or does it not matter?

Quick handstand question!

Not sure which direction they should be pointing, but definitely they should be symmetrical.
Personally, and more importantly in all the H1 videos, they are facing inward. There may be a little bit of forward turning there, but nothing too serious. Yuval Ayalon faces them inward as well.
