Based on my work schedule i have M-Th available for training. I know this may not be ideal as i am training 4 days in a row with no rest in between, but i wanted to ask the forum if they had any advice on dividing up the foundations + handstand work into a 4-day schedule while not overloading.

Maybe something like this?

Monday (Straight Arm Strength)

-Front Lever

-Straddle Planche

-Side Lever

-Manna

Tuesday (Lower Body)

-Single Leg Squat

Wednesday (Handstand)

-Handstand One

Thursday (Bent Arm Strength)

-Hollow Back Press

-Rope Climb

 Thanks for the feedback,

Personally, I would F7+H on Mondays and Thursdays, and rest Tuesday/Wednesday. Doing everything just once a week is not necessarily bad, but for most people it won't be enough volume.

Was going to be my suggestion.

Don't worry, we can share!

I'm not sure i'd be able to squeeze in all of that in one day (training on my lunch break) and i'd like to train the other two days instead of rest if possible. Maybe i could do Handstand work on a saturday and save foundations for my mon-thurs training?

There's 4 day F and 3 day H1 program. Do FL sPL RC HBP on Mon and Weds, do MN SL SLS on Tues and Thurs. Squeeze in H1 in evenings and at weekends.

There is also a 3 day a week schedule where you would do workout A (FL sPL RC HBP) on Monday and Thursday and workout B (MN SL SLS) on Tuesday, with H1 on Wednesday, and alternate that every week, so the following week you would do  workout B on Monday and Thursday and workout A Tuesday, with H1 on Wednesday.

you'll probably find once you start doing it you will fall into a routine that suits you.

My general advice would be to try to hit everything twice a week if possible, and try to keep the split that the course uses (e.g. FL/sPL/HBP/RC one day, MN/SL/SLS another). In this light, tfeal and latestarter's suggestions are good. I would start with tfeal's schedule (with the addition of a second H1 day on saturday). If, after ~12 weeks, you feel like you have excess recovery, try moving up to LateStarter's schedule.

Great advice, thanks everyone!
