Adding weight to dislocates?

I listened to the recent podcast with coach today and many thanks for it! It was very interesting to listen to.

One thing that coach mentioned was that one of the best shoulder mobility exercises is the dislocate. Coach also said that one should be gradually adding more weight and starting wide again. It also says in the description of PE5-iM that once weight is increased, widen the grip, but I never understood how to interpret that because in the introduction to the H1 program it says that once an iM has been mastered, there is no longer a need to focus on it.

Could someone explain how/when to do this? Is it for keeping this one specifically in the warm-up over a long time?

Even after you've mastered them, I'd recommend continuing to work on improving dislocates about twice a week. Add 2-5lb on top of what you're doing, widen your grip until you can handle the weight, and then work your way back up to mastery width.

Thanks Joshua.
