HI to everyone, looking forward to straddle L, is better use a knee higher version or a knees leveled with hips?

i feel the first one version much harder, but i can rise the ass higher in the second one.

Thanks

From the video, i would say the tail is lower then the knees and the knees must remain above the ellbows.

i've always wondered if both knees and tail should be above ellbows and therefore leveled, but i guess this is not the guess.

Anyways, would make the exercise a lot harder...

- Ideally yes, the hips and knees should both be above the elbows with the feet also above the knees.

- Also do not allow the legs to rest upon or touch the arms.

Hm, this makes the element significantly harder ... :)

Yeah, I'm working this one as well and there is some significant swearing going on here. No shaking though :)
