WP/PE4 (Wrist pushup)

For each rep he ends up with both wrists being flexed at the same time, thereby having his weight go through both flexed wrists. I am unable to do even one rep of this despite having mastered WP/PE3. My wrists feel sore and then my whole body crumples

I have been doing the prescribed wrist stretches.

Any tips?

EDIT: Title should say "wrist walk" in parenthesis.

Make sure you don't have piked hips when you do PE3. If you don't, then don't be afraid to pike a little when doing PE4 to get used to it. Pike just as much as necessary for it to be of greater intensity but still doable. Then pike less and less and then you'll be doing the PE correctly.

Also, remember that wrist work should not feel difficult. Perhaps spend more time with PE3 before moving to PE4...
