PE11 Shoulder Question

Hello everyone,

I have been practicing Wrist Wall Handstand for a while and I am always striving to achieve maximum shoulder elevation. I noticed that if I let my shoulders internally rotate (kind of like what the athlete demonstrating PE9 does) I can elevate them even more, however if I try to hold a freestanding handstand it feels very awkward and I can't balance that way.

Should I just get used to this in order to achieve maximum elevation or should I just practice PE11 without letting this happen (I can't tell what the athlete does in the video) ?

Thank you  :)

No, do not internally rotate the shoulders.  Focus on increasing flexion.
