Helpful Idea?

You probably know what was given to us from wheezer in the F1 forum regarding the SL/PE1.

So from that I had an idea. What if one of you guys who knows what you are talking about would do a hand placement guide for dummies?

There would be every PE and iM that requires a stick or a weighted bar. And to them a picture showing how wide your hands can be for the mastery. And what weight it must be if needed. And also some points about how heavy you should go eventually after mastery.

The picture would be in standing position and the bar just hangs loose in front.

If there is only couple of different hand positions then obviously there would be just those pictures and a note in every PE and iM. Example use picture two placement in this iM

Just a fun idea if someone really wants to help the stupid ones around here :D

I did it quite time ago.

Shoulder width

Shoulder width + 1 hand

Shoulder width: no dislocate elements (flexion and extension iM's)

Shoulder width + 1 hand: dislocate elements.

Weight: 2kg as a minimum to mastery. 20kg max.

Answered? :D

PD: Funny, I'm more ripped now.
