During my journey with wrist wall handstand i got myself teach the round upperback.

Ussually i can hold flat free Hs for about 15s...and tried round upperback for 5s.

Should i train one of then to focus or train both of them?

The H1 teaching is round or flat upperback?

Thank you

round upper back is very difficult to reach, it depends on your anatomy etc. for example if you look to coach's students only one has a pretty hollow during the handstand, Allan and Dillon are more straight. what you need are open shoulders with no compensation over the lower back. rounding is more a matter of mental activation.

the serratus anterior responds more when the pushing movement is in front of the body, as you move vertical is more difficult to activate it because the horizontal push is equal to zero.
