The demo tempo is quite slow, around 212 - is this the required tempo or was that just to make the demonstration clearer? My ascent is usually a lot quicker and I was wondering if this was a problem.

What tempo do you use for RC/PE4?

As long as it's controlled and there is no momentum it's ok to go a little quicker. Tempo is more important when you get to the 5x5 template.
