Side Lever

im gonna borrow this thread, sry :D i just have a question about F1 side lever. Doing arch holds, does it contribute to actual side lever in the end? or is just a basic foundation, to build a good core?

It's such a basic move that it had to be put somewhere - And yes, it probably will help in getting the side lever, as will the other F1 PE's.
