Nothing serious and not something that i'm working seriously, i'm trying to combine the cross with the mu.

During the last 6 months i've worked on IC (very slowly) and weighted RC.

As expected by Coach suggestions RC is giving to me a good foundations so that no DOMS are not perceivable in the joints (tendons) but in the muscles after the IC work (on the following days).

Probably with some serious and slow progressive work i'll get the cross in one more year.

I think you're closer than a year away!

But seriously. You are quite a bit stronger than me at least in bent arm movements. Do you have planche on rings?

Christian

Very cool Alex! Looks like you're falling up, you pull so strong.

Not yet, planche will be always my nemesis. i have str planche on pbars.

I'll move it on rings after the strd PL on floor with good form. due to my anatomical lower muscle development i'm at the point where move my butt of 1 cm is so hard. just to make an exmaple : on pbars if you draw a line where i put the hands i noticed that the distance from the shoulders that my stronger team mate uses to do full planche is less of what i use to do straddle pl.

I'm working a lot on active hips split, passive split and this is good to make the leverage easier, planche and manna are very long term goals...one more reason to work. probably manna will lift my personal ego more then cross

Yea. Good straddle flexibility makes planche much easier. Manna is a whole other beast. Maybe we should continue this discussion elsewhere but what sorts of straight arm specific conditioning are you doing?

Alessandro Mainente

Yeah we can continue this on the Graduates Studies section, since all the conditioning is part of the ring strength series discussed at the seminar.
