Handstand, open shoulders what does it mean?

Hi guys just wondering I see alot of guys talking about opeing up the shoulders whilst doing a handstand, what does that mean? Cheers x

When the angle of the shoulders is 180 degrees or more.

ah ok yeah I understand now, I had a feeling that was what it meant but I wasn't too sure

When the angle is 180° and YOU ARE NOT COMPENSATING  the tightness of internal rotator muscles (to flex the arms at 180°) with some arch on lower back. ideally open shoulder must be accomplished with anterior chain contraction (i.e. the abs).
