Hi everyone,
I am interested in purchasing either H1 + F1 or the GB starter pack but I'm not really sure which one would suit my needs. I recently started taking my gymnastics and circus arts more seriously and I have noticed that I lack fundamental core strength and flexibility. Is H1 + F1 included in the GB starter pack? or are they two completely different courses?

Would adding the text "Gymnastic Bodies Starter Pack" above the cover images of F1/H1 help resolve any potential confusion?
