Can someone check the form of the ring dips, what im worried about is the use of the forearm and leaning, as i used to do this exercise and it was always really easy untill i started to lean forward so i cant "cheat".

Thanks

Side note and reason for edit: This was a while back so form is slightly better (i dont lean as much to the right) but i couldnt record since then, also, the reason i struggle as much is because this is after the workout and i just did a PR on the bench

Don't go so slowly. Follow the tempo the athlete uses in the video.

Turn out the rings at the top of every rep.

wouldnt a slower tempo be better as it gives more time under tension? Ive been doing that (turning rings), ill make a video on wednesday, thanks

Do tempo however you'd like, but awareness is correct as far as the expectation from F1.  Most importantly, you need more range of motion and turn the rings out at the top (the hardest part in my mind!).  The range of motion should bring the hands up to nearly the armpits.  I can't see great from this angle, but i think you're pulling up a little short.  Good work.

Yes, to a degree. However, there is a reason why Coach wants us to follow the video as closely as possible.

More TUT will generally translate to greater strength gains.

However, there comes a point where excessively increasing TUT for a particular exercise will necessitate spending a suboptimal amount of time on it; it would then be more efficient to move to a new exercise.

tl;dr: more TUT good; too much TUT bad

Okay so after reading your suggestions I decided to run out real quick before it gets too dark.

Here is a video of how Im doing the ring dips with a slower tempo and a bigger turn out at the end of the reps.

Is it better like this?

You are turning the rings in the wrong direction - you should turn out rings forward (your elbows should point backwards). Check the video in F2 again  ;)
