It is a 60-40 split between getting personal coaching and assessment on my own progress and (in time) moving closer to being certified to teach the material in my own right.

The trick here is to do as much as possible at the seminars. I was able to have some of my basics signed off at once because id recently demonstrated them in person. Plus you get the corrections on the spot.

Going to be a while before i nail that 3.5, my 60+ handstands are still inconsistent, but coming under control. Full credit to Yuri, Coach and Cory, I learned a LOT at the seminar. Thanks for the good wishes all

@wheezer, H1, 2 & 3 go up to 4.0 each. The v long handstands required are only do able for me at the moment if i allow a back arch-- defeats the purpose and won't pass testing anyway. It'll come in time, its a balance and alignment issue to be worked out
