For the first picture I can see that your feet are not pointed backwards.
In the video, and in correct planche leans (and elevated planche leans) the feet should be pointed and the top of the foot should be flattened against the surface you are resting on as much as possible.
Other than that, the more experienced members will have to chime in here.
The first one is definitely better. Your hips are too high in the second one. Try to protract more as well.
@chrisuk .. this is just detail on this picture..
i know ,you are right. i am just not sure what about shoulders and back.. thats why second picture is cuted.. i should cut both ehh..
It looks like there's a variance in height where your feet rest between the two pictures. Hip/legs look too high in the second picture and the first picture there isn't enough protraction.
should i stay in pe6 until lean is hips over wrists ? or can i move to next pe, of corse with better protraction?
I think that you should lean forward just a tad more, you're nearly there.
If I'm wrong somebody will correct me shortly.
Strme, is there any chance you could post a picture of your planche lean?
yes.. i will post it today
..thanks
Mm, shoulders look better in the second but lean and hips aren't quite there. If it were me id rather have you training closer to this position than more lean and less protraction, as in the first pic. Will check back re your planche lean on the floor and see if i can spot anything ![]()
