Hamstring Injury

Hi Community,

 

2 month ago i injured my right hamstring during Manna PE1/IM1. I felt a strong discomfort, bordering pain, on the inside and mid of my thigh. I stopped training that element completly now for the last two month and tried to rehab it with light stretching and foam rolling. Pain and discomfort where completly gone so i gave the IM a try and on the third rep felt a short and sharp pain again. Since then i cannot straddly my legs past 30 Degrees without feeling a strong discomfort whih is quite frustrating as a lot of F1 Elements are affected :-/

 

Im will see if i get an appointment with a physio therapist in the next weeks, until then it would be great if anybody could point me in the right direction on how to start really rehabing that injury.

Try to get that appointment asap to get a proper diagnosis. Right now your guessing which wont help you (im working as a physicaltherapist but specialized in neurorehabilitation for traumatology/neurology patients).
