Anyone here uses this to rehab?

I have one and I love it. I have no scientific evidence to support it though. It seems to help blood flow / circulation to the targeted area.

I've had physiotherapy in the past with these. Not sure how much it helped. I did get better, but I think that was mostly a product of doing the exercises.
