- Your back arches a little as you lose posterior pelvic tilt. You can fix this with more planks and planche leans on the floor :)

- I would also say your hips are a little high. If your back arch was under control it could be overlooked but together they indicate some more work to be done to me.

- Your shoulders are protracted but not enough; you'll need to get your upper back/traps into it some more to get the weight off your feet and onto your hands.

- Lastly you need a few more inches of lean. This ties into the previous one.

 

Good start but this one is all about details :)

Fixed title for you-- spl not RC 6. Anyone needing a form check on RC/PE6 would surprise me :)

Do anyone have picture from the side of real sPL pe6? To compare? In F1 document is all from angle. Hard to see how much arched is upper back

Upper back shouldn't be arched at all. They should be rounded due to protraction of the scapulae.
