How does everyone feel about chlorella and/or spirulina? I was looking into getting some to add to my protein shakes and I wanted to get everyones opinions.

Be very weary of Michael Gregor. Not all of his stuff is solid in the nutrition department. Too often he falls on extremes that are not solidly supported in nutrition science (i.e. he is a vegan).

Chlorella seems to taste bad, but spirulina taste is nice.
