New here and to GST in general, so go easy on  me :)

Have some basic questions regarding running F1 and H1 concurrently (i have the entrie foundation package but not H1 yet), and what kind of workloads to expect.

1. What is a co requiste?

2. Can i do F1 and H1 together, as it appears many posters are? If so what kind of workload to expect?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers :)

Welcome aboard!

1. Co-requisites will come into play after the first level :) they are courses which you can productively train together. Actually, that you *should* train together to get the benefits-- just like H1 and F1, they will improve each other. As opposed to 'pre-requisite,' which should be completed prior to beginning a course as it contains requirements for completing and/or getting the most out of the later one.

2. The workload isn't bad-- H1 sessions don't take generally take more than half an hour at the outside, and are treated as skill work rather than conditioning. Several different options for integrating the schedules are given within H1.

Merriam Webster is your friend...

Definition of COREQUISITE: a formal course of study required to be taken simultaneously with another :)
