My last blog post about Equilibre master Claude Victoria.

This time, a collection of stories from his life, along with a small clip of Claude standing on his head (and his head alone) at 74 years of age.

I really liked the head balance video! I have been working on that since you first posted the picture of Claude doing one and I have been basing my body position off of that picture. Having a moving video is really helpful!

Thanks,

Thanks for the post. I look forward to the rest of the series!

The rest of the series?

That is it, ladies and gentleman!

Writing those 4 huge posts was a lot of work, and that is beyond training full time, teaching and

coaching full time. I hope the posts provided inspiration and information concerning handbalancing and equilibre training, for further development it will be necessary to engage in heavy and frequent training and explore and learn more on the subject through ANY medium available to you.

Good luck with your training,

Ido.

I saying I like in regard to inspiration, motivation and learning (for the aim of physical application) is:

"the study of Zen, is not Zen"

Meaning there's a point where it's about getting up off your ass and doing it, whatever 'it' is.
