Yaad Mohammad
I thought I'd be fun to start an online calisthenics competition, so I started this page on FB:https://www.facebook.com/OnlineCalisthenicsCompetition It's a fun competition that promotes calisthenics and encourages people to practice calisthenics. Everyone can join this competition, it doesn't matter at what level you are. So how does this work? The competition is a long-term competition where you can earn up to 5 points each week. A challenge will be posted each week and you, as a participant, can post your entry via youtube or facebook, on this page or youtube. We will check if the challenge is executed correctly and then award your points. Now you're probably wondering, how does a challenge look like? Here is an example of one the challenges:Human Flag (3 points)Hold the human flag for 5 seconds.Form rules:- Arms should be locked- Body parallel to ground- Legs togetherThat's an example of a challenge. If you break one of the form rules you lose some points or get no points at all. We want to play fair, don't we?Now don't freak out that you can't do a human flag, because there are much easier challenges in a week, for example, 20 push-ups strict form.Once you posted your entry, we'll check it and then award you the points. We'll save all the information in an excel file. Every now and then we post the excel file so that people can see where they are in the chart. So what if you win? Well, we're not sure yet how big this becomes, but if it becomes big, we'll get a secret award! For now, invite all your friends to like this page! Don't worry gymnasts, everything has to be done with correct form and it's judged by other gymnasts!
