The first move, FL press to L-Cross or something. Wow.

It's called a peneada cross. I forget the value but it isn't terribly high. A good mount though. Worth more than a kip.

Isn't it worth more with a 2s hold in the FL first, or is it just momentary to hit the pineda?

I believe it's momentary since I never saw anyone doing them pausing at the FL and I think it did say momentary FL from the Code of Points if I remember correctly.
