How to learn Floor Circles?

Learn circles on a mushroom. Circles on a wide or low mushroom (floor mushroom).
Practice on floor. Wear socks so you don't get carpet burn.

I trained in that gym before! Its not very far from where I live!

A bucket dangled down from a ceiling is a great assistance.
That is a good gym. Blairbob had the best advice. Learn them on mushroom then move to floor. Circles take a while to learn. At least a few weeks to start getting around.
When in doubt might as well learn pommel skills from the British. Or Chinese...
