Hey folks,

I have three questions regarding the tuck ups:

1) i've realized the i somehow round my back and bring my shoulders forward (like a mild protraction) to get a better stability. is this correct or should i concentrate on keeping my shoulders

in a neutral postion and try to flatten my back as mutch as possible? i know the athlete in the video

has a round back too but mine seems a little more rounded.

2) what about the head postition? should i tuck my chin towards my chest as soon as i start to ascend? should i try to keep it in a neutral position to the spine at all times? or do we want to tuck the chin at a certain point of the movement?

3) should i try to bring my heels to my glutes at the top of the motion or stay in an aproximate 90 degree angle?

so long

just mimic the athlete to the best of your abilities, the one thin that has really made me re-visit the same week over and over is finding out that when I reach the top portion, i kind of let my hips roll forward.

when you begin the pe, you glue yourself the beat you can to the ground, before ascending you engage PPT and then you lift. focus on not losig that PPT or else it means you're not actively using your abs throughout.

enjoy :)
