Wear tight underwear, tuck them in before beginning, and keep your legs together.
Working on a soft mat instead of a hard floor helps too, in case you're not already doing that.
tuck your junk!
thanks for response, i'm actually work on tatami surface.
i've never experimented problems like that, the problem comes out around the 30rd repetition.
I've been using compression shorts as well, if anyone has a pair.

dont mention it, man ![]()
word of experience from the compression shorts, don't rock the side pipe.
you will really feel it.
that is all.
for now i will probably rest until the Ecography exam tells to me that there are no substantial problems, it's a familiar matter, both my uncle, father and brother suffered by it the past.
Did you master SL/PE1?
yes, the pressure over the section is far more bigger in respect to a normal hold, I have emphasized how the problem is coming out when there is the inversion of the movement from arch position with head and arms down to legs down and upper body up.
beast! i guess there aren't that many people who mastered SL/PE1 yet...
I feel like everyone who posts in this topic complaining are actually bragging...
not a beast, just normal programming, it took to me 17 weeks instead of 12 weeks as the other exercises that are influenced by levers!
haha 17 weeks, is a good number my friend =)
hope i coulde finish it in +-3 weeks XD
keep going that progress
