Having worked with WR in HS1 for about 3 months i realized that i have some serious issues with my left wrist`s ROM of radial deviation and it hasn`t become better at all. More precisley there is no way of moving it past 0°
And i just can`t figure out whether the reason is an imbalance in my forearm muscles or just my wrist`s anatomy. On one hand i feel some serious fatigue of my forearm muscles even up to the triceps during the wrist rocks. On the other hand i just can`t believe that the issue are only some uptight muscles in this area. Would be very thankful for any advices !

Can you deviate without problems when the joint is unloaded?

No i can`t at all.... the WR exercices just revealed it.
Time to test wrist circles and such, unloaded and see if the joint will open up some for you or reveal some tightness.
Thank you very much Nic. I´m going to include wrist circles in my every day mobility routine and see how it goes. I´ll definitly give you feedback after some time ![]()
