If you hear any put it in here. We can always improve and to do so need all the feedback we can, the good and especially the bad.

Seminar structure is big on my list as it's good money and huge advertising for us.

Some basics:

The mobility is always and eye opener.

Level groups provide a more focused approach for some drills, but needs to be done quickly.

At times there can be too much talk and not enough time practicing. (people are paying to be in motion)

Focus on good non-athlete references. Too much talk of athletes and not everyday trainees can come across as elitist or non-realistic.

Coach Sommer

Yes and No.

- All of my athletes began as regular people.  Just like the seminar students are.  And to use these athletes as illustrations provides glimpses of what their future with GST may hold.

Remember that one of the primary distinctions in GB is that it literally provides a bridge between the physical development of world class athletes and the everyday joe.  If we remove that reference, we have stripped ourselves of one of GB strongest selling points.

- To an extent, however the 'paying to be in motion' can be taken too far as I have done in the past.  They are also paying for enterTRAINment, to get a feel for the philosphy and background of GB and a chance to interact with the instructors and other participants.

Oh I understand Coach but by regular people I mean those who also started in their 20's and 30's it's a crappy comparison people make with age and they defeat themselves by thinking they cannot do it starting so late.

On the second point I agree also, this is just feedback I hear for us to digest as we will.

This is why Frits training iron crosses as well as other GB athlete success stories are also mentioned and perhaps should be promoted more.  To reinforce that these are very real, very attainable goals.

That is exactly it :)
