Just noticed the option for level testing is available. Just wondering if the price applies to f1, f2 ect. Or if it applies to each element within each foundation level. Guess I'd generally like to know the way it works, would appreciate any light shed on this. Apologies if this has already been addressed elsewhere!!!😜

The levels are 0.5, 1, 1.5, etc... and correspond to half of F1, F1, half of F2, etc...

In total for F1-F4, there are 8 testing levels.

Each level requires the successful test of all the steps in the progressions for each element, both for the PE/SE, and the associated iM.

Nic was talking about this possible structure:

-PE 1, rest 30 se, PE2, rest 30 sec, PE3

-then same things for mobility.

i think this makes sense. this ensure that you have mastered all the elements especially the last one with the correct rest period. if you did it, then you can move over a more difficult element from set to set without problems.

Is there a price for the Level Tests?

Are you for real? Wow that would be quite tough. Just imagine performing 5 min of ABH, followed by 5x60 ABR and 5x15 archups with just 30s of rest between.

It is one set each. So 60 seconds ABH, 60 ABR, and 15 archups with 30s in between.

Just FYI, it does say that specific instructions will be emailed to you on purchase of a level test.

It is live :)

One set of each for the initial video. If there is any questions on your ability the you will be asked to resubmit all 5 sets

Ah ok seems legit then. So they do not test if you really achieved mastery of an element i guess. Nevertheless i quite like

way Jushua mentioned.

If it looks like the effort was questionable you will be asked to submit a video of five sets. The one set has to be very good.

I noticed this but was hoping to know how far on I need to be before I could make use of the service!

You need to be ready with all seven elements at the 0.5 level to start.

Mini-Mastery is there to help along the way if you need it.

The Lv 0.5 test is serious, the majority failed the live test during the last seminar.

Jon Douglas

Mine are going to look funny.. dashing all over the house and over to park to get things filmed >.< maybe I should wait until I can do it all in one location before taking the plunge...

So just to clarify, Lv 0.5 is all 7 elements at PE3 including mobility?

Everything up to PE3, yes.

Nic Branson

All movents up to and including PE 3. You show 1 2 and 3 plus mobilities.

Just to confirm, that's PE1, IM1, PE2, IM2, PE3, IM3, right?

Do we then put the next element on the same video separate? I guess these details are in the email...

Nic Branson

Basically it would go

PE1 30sec rest PE2 30sec rest PE3 that is the first video

All IM's in the second with the same base format.

So seven pairs of videos? Have I got that right?

Nic Branson

Exactly.

More could be on one if the rest is consistent to keep it from dragging but this would be arranged in the emails after purchase.

Gotcha. Thanks, just wanted to get the general framework clear in my head. I love training outside, but maybe I should hunt down an open gym for the purposes so I have everything in one place....
