I can't even begin to describe the dedication and expertise Orench has put into his training and that of his clients. When all the other students at the past few seminars were tripping over each other to get into the most advanced groups, Orench always stayed in the lowest so he could learn and master everything. His patience has been well-rewarded as he was personally invited by Coach Sommer to assist with the London seminar this weekend. When you see a Community Manger around, remember that these are individuals who have not only proven themselves in their respective fields, but also to Coach. Their recommendations will not steer you wrong. I was petrified going into my first seminar, with no background in this type of training and fully prepared to be the laughingstock of the group. Orench's constant encouragement to keep trying demonstrated to me the kind of community Coach Sommer was growing. I still hear Orench cheering me on during my feeble attempts at rope climbing that weekend.
