So, after the deload week I'll be graduating to SLS/PE4. How much assistance is the non working leg giving in the bottom ?
I'm asking this because this exercise can be made arbitrarily more difficult by changing the way the non-working leg assists. For example if you raise the non-working leg's foot before getting the knee off the ground the exercise is much harder (harder than the SLS in my opinion).
