Well, i can perform 5x30 secs placing both my upper chest and my chin on the floor, but i dunno, i defintely don't ike how it looks..  i'm using 6 lbs

seriuosly i don't know how to improve it. i tried with a narrower grip and performed them without any problem... what do you think ?

Greetings from Mexico and thanks in advice

i like to perform them using a hollow position with correct pelvic rotation, this needs that the shoulders are rolled forward and in contact with the floor, the chest is in and the abs don't touch the ground

ok... i'm gonna film a new try with your reccomendations Alex

i think what i find the most difficult is to roll forward my shoulders

in particular let the shoulder touching the floor, as you have to do a hollow body facing the floor is the most difficult part if there is a mobility problem. when the pelvic rotation is corrected and the abs are squeezed you understand if you have a lack of mobility.

think that with lower back arched i can do it with 7 kg. with hollow body only 3 kg. so for that reason i prefer use that form.

if you look closer to following hs mobility as that

you will understand how work with ideal hs alignment is better to achieve a great shoulder girdle ROM for your final handstand!

try and let us how you feel it.
