Quick question on HBP/PE1 Incline Pushup....

In the video he has his feet on a box, and the text states "set the bar to approximately hip height".  It's hard to tell but the bar appears to be higher than hip height.

With the bar at hip height above ground level (eg kitchen bench), should the feet be on a box or on the ground?  If on a box what is the correct height of the box?

Keep it simple . You want the bar at a height that makes it a challenge. If you can do 5 sets of 15 lower it down till you can't . Somewhere between hip and knee. If you pass mastery move on to the ground.

ok, thanks.  I just thought there would be a minimum standard for each exercise, wasn't sure if I was misinterpreting this one....

The box is being used to get him to the right height, it's not all all needed if you have something that's a good height for you.

Thanks.
