I can protract strong during my planche lean but i cant depress my shoulders they just stay around my ears when i depress my shoulders my back turns flat in no time, when i go further in my lean progression the more i lean the more my shoulders will depress or do i need something to do about my form ? Heres the picture of my planche lean

It looks actually not bad to me (others more experienced will chime in), well done ![]()
- The shoulders are not as close to your ears as you are saying they are; their position looks okay.
- You may not be leaning enough, but if this is as far as you can go now with good form, it is okay to go one microcycle like that, then increase your lean a bit.
- your hands are turned with fingers pointed mostly backwards; for the safety of the biceps tendon, it was recommended earlier not to go past a lateral pointing of the fingers at this stage of the foundation program. (be careful here) ![]()
