hi to everyone, my question regards all the people who have previously mastered all the shoulders and thoracic mobility and they are moving into the body alignment...

is necessary maintain at least one exercise to not lose the last level of mobility?

the reason is that for my experience using bridge work i can maintain my current shoulders mobility without problems and i suffer less from shoulders pain..

some dislocation movements work hard on shoulder joint and the following day i feel myself very tired in shoulders region (a sort of loss of strength).

so is better use what i can do without problem or do some specific mobility but less frequently?

thanks

seeing the benefits i'm milking from just being in the Hs/pe1-2>iM i wouldnt see why anyone wouldn't keep a few sets of the dislocates in their arsenal while progressively building the weight :)

it's what a few forum members that have a degree of shoulder that I want to duplicate in my own body, so its the plan im undertaking as of now to the end of my Gymnastic Strength Training™ career :)

Bridge work alone will be insufficient.

The reason your shoulders feel a deep level of fatigue is that this is a personal weakness of yours. Do not give in to the temptation to rationalize your weaknesses.

i understand your point Coach.

is difficult to explain, is not like when i trained hard and i have muscles soreness. the sensation is the same i got when i stretch the rotator cuff muscle using some Kit's exercises. the muscles are non fatigued.

but the fact that sometime the following day of the IM work i cannot lift the arms more then 90° is a symptom that something happen in the shoulder. exercises to reinforce the supraspinatus are off limits. talking about cuban press i usually lift 15 kg each arm for reps, but when this sensation of soreness appear i can't lift 4 kg.

is something like an obstacle to strength expression in my shoulders..

i noticed that this happen when the dislocation movement is very near to shoulders width o 10 cm more.

if i try a push movement like ppp the shoulder seems not responding..

at this point i'm not sure about my form, so i hope to find a way out to that at the seminar.
