Hi guys,

this is my new video of a workout;

http://youtu.be/0kiSzdrMX2s

In the end of the video (at minute 3:19) i perform a muscle-up and a back lever. Are they executed in the proper form? Maybe during the pull up i lift too my legs, and when i am in support i don't rotate hands (rto). What do you think?

Thanks!  :)

Backlever looks good, remember to point your toes. Also, remember to lock out in the end of every repetition and turn the rings out, when doing muscle ups!

As you get stronger you can use less forward lean and go wider, when doing your muscle ups

For those handstand kongs, it's cleaner if you get more of a pop up rather than just going straight down. Your back lever looks great!

Ok, thank you! I also hope to improve my "press to handstand" (at the moment i do it with bent arms)

Get F1 :) If you haven't already!

Did you teach yourself tumbling? Any good resources you'd recommend? :)

F1 seems to be interesting! red, yes i am a self-taught, i started 7 months ago! I could do just the round-off and cartwheel. You can find many tutorials on youtube! Maybe my style is more parkour/freerunning than gymnastic, i am not so precise in the movements like a gymnast, but it's always funny :) If you want subscribe to my channel!
