I got a back lever and a front lever and some basic skills aswell... But i tought i am missing out on a nice solid foundation and better form on my skills so i took a step back, here is my question: is it possible to add some of the F1 exsercises and also do some adv tuck front lever and back lever togheter with it ? Or do i need 5x60 hollow body rocks before even attempting tuck front lever even tough i got a full front lever haha its not enough to work in but i still can hold a front lever on a good day with pretty okay form... But i dont got 5x60 hollow body rocks, can i do my own workout wich is a step back from full front lever and focus on fom betrer, and include spme of the F1 exersices to compliment them ? And still build up to 5x60s but not losing my skills that i got and bit proud off thanks !!

The short version: Yes, you can, but don't overdo it, keep a main focus on F1.
There's quite a few similar threads in the F1 forum, check them out.
The best course of action would be to do the foundation 1 programming exactly as laid out in the course, with the addition of some 'maintenance sets' 2-3 times a week.
Maintenance sets should be done at about half of max effort (so if you can hold a 10s front lever, hold it for 5 seconds). And you only need to do about 2 of them. Doing maintenance sets of levers should help you maintain the strength and skill you've already built up.
