- Currently SEB discount of 20% is set at 5 months out from date of seminar.
- Bookings are starting at less than 6 months out, leaving limited SEB time
- Propose to change SEB to 4 months, and leave the rest as is
- Already scheduled seminars remaining as is
Let's leave the SEB expiring at 5 months out. This is necessary to encourage early registrations to make arranging travel and instructor assignments easier.
It is our job to make more 'noise' (email announcements, facebook entries, forum announcements, local facilities emails etc) regarding the upcoming ending of the specific early bird discounts.
It's the nature of the thing for people to sign up later. Hoping with enough of the right blasts we can get a good sense earlier on. I'd rather not get in the habit of planning instructor travel late. Better to have our team together both for planning and typically cheaper flights early on rather than later.
