Nic mentioned to me that the repeat seminar discounting has been extended and I just received an email requesting a repeat discount for London.
Where are we now with this?
There are other repeat London attendees, we will need to extend the same offer to them.
- No, we don't. As a business, we have the option of extending special discounts on a case by case basis.
- my apologies for grandfathering the last Scottsdale group into the discounts. It won't happen again.
