I tried SLS/PE3 + SLS/PE3>iM today - here's a video of one set.

They seemed to go very well - I really didn't struggle at all.  I want to check here to make sure I'm not missing some small (or big) thing before moving on to SLS/PE4.

Look good?  Bad?  In between?

Looking good! :)

Don't forget to breathe...

It's hard to tell from the video if you're doing this: you want to make sure that your knees actually touch each other at the bottom of the inside squats.

Rather than shifting side to side you should be standing up fully in between repetitions. Nice mobility on them though!

In my eyes it`s looking good as well :)

Jonathan, i think you are mixing it up with the Cossack Squats (SLS/PE2) ;)

The straight leg from coaches athlete seems to be pointing upward on the PE where as yours points toward the camera.

Good eye. Do not allow the leg to inwardly rotate.

That would be correct!
