Question on Form Check Video

Hey guys I am a little embarrassed to post form check videos as I am fat ( by my standards. 160lb @ 18.84% BF)

My concern mostly hinges on the ability to see the proper amount of contraction. And so if you can't see the muscles like that of FL/PE1, how can my form be properly assessed?

Thx.

1. It's your body. Be proud of it.

2. This is a helpful, positive community. No one's going to judge you.

3. Form is largely about evaluating body lines. As long as your joints are visible people will be able to tell how your form is.

I second Hari.

if anyones gonna show hate to people who want to learn new methodology on how to improve their quality of life, they have lost sight of what they were at one point and have inflated their ego too much.

we don't like people that coming around these grounds.

as long as you follow the cues, the "work" of the exercise will be noticeable, you will develop this technical eye with time and also be able to grow within the same exercises as body awareness grows.

kind of like how i learned how to do the first iM in H1 properly 3 days ago, when i had been practicing it for 7-8 weeks.

A lot of us have also been somewhat heavier than we've wanted to be at a point or two in the past. None of those people are going to hate on someone who is actively working to make changes for themselves.

First I totally agree with the above posters, the community here is 100% supportive.

However if you are really shy about it, there will soon be a private online 'mini-mastery' option where you can get official GB coaching on a single element. The whole conversation will be just between you and the On Line Coach.
