HBP/PE2>iM - 4x5r @ 5lbs

RC/PE3 - 3x8r
RC/PE3>iM - 3x30s/side

 

Notes:

- Straddle Up was feeling pretty good today, I did a lot of mobility prior to this workout and it seemed to help

- sPL/PE2>iM is challenging, left side is lacking some range of motion

- HBP and RC went well

FL/PE1 - 4x40s

+ FL/PE1>iM - 4x5r

 

SL/PE1 - 4x18s

+ SL/PE1>iM - 4x10r

 

SLS/PE2 - 4x6r

+ SLS/PE2>iM - 4x8r

 

Notes:

- taking longer rests on FL work to build up volume

- ABH felt fairly good today

- SLS are tough but manageable

H1

Wrists: 

PE4 for wrist rock, PE3 for first knuckle, PE4 for the rest - 3x1r / 3x5r / 3x4r

HS/PE1>iM in between each round - 5x10s @ 5lbs

 

Handstands:

HS/PE4 - 4x24s @ ~5lbs

 

+ HS/PE2>iM - 4x10s @ 5lbs

 

Notes:

- Wrist exercises are progressing nicely

- PE1>iM seems to be doing quite well

- sPL/PE2>iM is the devil, definitely some mobility lacking here, especially with externally rotating the foot

Notes:

- Bit of a catch all day

- Straddle-ups are getting better I think

- ABH felt better, more in the glutes and less in the hamstrings, must have been a bit less tight today

- Rows went really well

- sPL/PE2>iM felt better today, good contraction and not as much misery
