today i've tried to do the IM as active rest...so sPE then 10 seconds of IM and so on..add the time to move from a position to another..

the result was 2 sets with the same duration as the video, and the last 2 sets were 2 second less...

maybe hips little bit high, but if i move them lower i have to lean less so it's easier..i tried to adjust the position but the mirror is not vertical so in the 99% of cases is not reflecting the reality..

i was surprised bu the fact that i had zero problems with the wrists. in the past was the only one thing that was limiting the floor planche training...but H1 probably solved them

i noticed a great difference between pl on hard surface and on tatami. tatami is not so good. as the effort increase, the fingers move more deep into the floor and i have to lean more and more...

any tips for the form is appreciated!

i'm a little bit confused about that, i've always followed what Coach said about hips level that is what you said Zach...

but for example the coach in my gym and also Matteo showed to me a tuck version that is a little bit high then normal and that makes the tuck execution not clear! here in the forum i'm listening you "lower your hips", in my gym "raise them a little"..

I would be grateful if I knew which side is the truth..

that's ok, i'll upload a short hold in order to understand if is good..thanks

this is better?

if yes, i don't feel substantial difference between the 2 forms and i'll work on this form tomorrow. probably the difference in terms of disadvantageous leverage is very very little. i understand that is better learn the correct height now instead of correct it in the future...

let me know..

thanks

today i did 2 sets of 30 seconds....but the other 2 were only 23...the little rest probably is very expensive...probably i need one more month..

ok , so talking about mini-cycles i found that for the template 5x30 seconds i needed to focus on 4x21 seconds template for 2 weeks then move into the 4x24. actually the 4x24 are solid with only the IM in between the sets. probably i'll use another mini cycle over 4x27 sec also if i can hold 1 set for more then 30 seconds. if i do 1 set of more then half minute the other sets are lower then the previous week template...so does not make sense work with 30 seconds now..
