So in a pike you try to be as much of an "u" and as flat as possible and using both hamstring and back flexibility, right?
In PE3 which I suppose (maybe wrong) is a non straddle version of PE2 it is said to:
-Keep back flat and the chest high.
-Pike as much as possible.
In my eyes the athletes back is not flat but rather curved if I don't misunderstand the word flat in this context.
The focus points for PE2 are a bit different.
Can someone clarify what "chest not caving in" means?
To my eyes the athlete has a similar amount of curve in his back in both PE2 and PE3.
Should the PE:s be mostly hip or is it a combination of hip and abs?
