A question on progression

I notice that there are 8 progressions for FL but only 4 for sPL, does this mean FL will take twice the amount of time to master than sPL?

If you follow the templates to the letter, then it'll take twice as long to get through the FL work for foundation 2.

Thanks, it is still a learning process for me at this point. 

That said, if you're comfortable with body levers and bridges most of f2 fl is a fairly straightforward process :-)

Whereas being comfortable with advanced tuck pl hasn't sped up my spl progression nearly so much
