Training for anything, or gymnastic training? Either way, I'm in Victoria, so moot point I guess.
I'm from Vancouver Area, I dont really know any gymnastic gyms around the area.
I live in Surrey.. just starting out with foundation one and would love some ideas of where to train.
Phoenix Gymnastics by Hillcrest Community Centre is a great facility and has open adult gymnastic classes, led warmup and then open gym time. I used to train there last year before moving away. I wish I had found it years ago! I was able to do all my Gymnastic Bodies exercises there.
