I'm not sure how relevant this is (I've never done a proper PPP), but you flex your ankle into almost a 90 degree angle after the first rep, and then are forced to do the funny backward toe walk after each rep.  Notice the athlete in the video maintains extended ankles throughout the rep and does not require any adjustment of his feet from rep to rep.

Do you think its fine to use a wall to prevent the feet from sliding back and force the lean to stay at the proper angle?  I realize this shouldn't be necessary once the proper strength is there but it feels like a good way to build it for me.

i really appreciate your opinions and critiques..

today i began working a lot in my form and my lean..

i had a great amount of faceplants when doing ppp, they are very very difficult to perform in a strict lean..

i need to improve a lot!!

i will upload progress soon, thanks again buddies!!
