can i move to F2 HBP without PPP mastery?

the hardest of all PE in F1 HBP is PPP, can i move to F2 HBP even without mastering PPP?

Hahaha i know the answer. I just want to hear you guys say NO.. Im itching for those bar dips and i know they're gonna be more easy than PPP. :)
